• As one of the starting core team members, participated in Klus Pharma Biologics laboratory establishment and research team recruitment. • Established fully functional hybridoma antibody discovery platform, including immunization strategy planning, immunogen design, antibody candidate generation, screening and evaluation. • Lead the discovery of numerous monoclonal antibodies against more than 10 targets of oncology, immuno-oncology, inflammatory diseases and thrombus. • Collaborate with other functional teams to ensure rapid and high-quality project advancement.

Responsible for design and conduction of experiments to evaluate the activities of neutralizing antibody induced by influenza, dengue, Zika and RSV vaccines. Wrote SOPs, analytical procedures, summary reports and other controlled documents supporting preclinical and clinical activities.
