Manage operation and maintenance of Utilities section in Quality Coffee Product, of of the top 5 biggest Coffee factories of Nestle worldwide, located in Chachoengsao province, Thailand - Leading Utilities department including 2 supervisor, 4 Leadmens and 21 technicians - Corporate role for Nestle Indochina region: Energy champion and technical support for 11 Nestle factories in Vietnam and Thailand

* Responsible for utilities section in Nestle Dong Nai factory (same as previous position) * Lead utilities team including 1 Leadmen and 9 Technicians * Extra role: responsible for compliance audit and technical support in utilities for all Nestle factory in Vietnam (5 factories)

* Responsible for Safety of utilities area, comply with Local regulations and Nestle regulations (Boiler, pressure system, Ammonia refrigeration, Legionella…) * Responsible to ensure utilities supply are complied with food safety requirement, according Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and HACCP study * Manage operation of Utilities area (Boilers, chillers, air compressors, generators, water treatment plant, air handling units) including maintenance to ensure reliability of utilities supply and at the most efficiency and effective way * Implement energy/water saving projects wherever appropriate to support factory objective/targets on this aspect * Implement capital investment projects in responsible area and other assigned

* Program owner of Environment Management System to comply with ISO14001 and Nestle Environment Management System (NEMS) * Manage operation and maintenance of Wastewater treatment plant * Implement energy/water saving and waste reduction projects * Manage treatment of all type of waste and hazardous waste to ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations

* Design of water treatment facility * Installation supervision and comissioning for water treatment facility (RO, filtration, Ultrapure water treatment...) * Technical support for sale department (maintenance service, trouble shooting...) * Prepare quotation and bidding document for company
