1. Duties: - Responsible to develop, continually improve, and document robust solar module manufacturing processes to achieve the highest product performance in a cost efficient manner - Lead Teams through Continuous Improvement Activities and structured problem solving - Capable of sustaining entire process area - Design and execute planned process experiments, collect and analyze data and report experimental results - Leads task forces and communicates status updates to stakeholders. - Maintain process capacities by SPC chart, data scripting, document... - Evaluate, Install and Qualify new equipment - Champion continuous improvement activities using six-sigma and other statistical problem-solving methods ( PDCA, DMAIC...) - Resolve day-to-day production, equipment, and process problems - Identify training needs and Develop and provide training to other engineers, engineering technicians, and production associates - Develop Process Control Plans and Preventive Maintenance Plans - Responsible for data collection relating to daily equipment performance and associated product performance - Responsible to interface with internal associates and supplier representatives as required to complete assigned projects - Maintain effective communication with production associates and manufacturing engineers - Adhere to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards. - Work with global team for project implement & weekly conference call meeting. - Lead MRB team when had the quality issue and work with other department: QA, QC, MFG, Maint... - Responsible for document process such as: Work instruction, OCAP, 1 page lesson, lesson learn. 2. Achievements: - Broken glass taskforce team for improvement certification. - Heater cable burn issue overcome dedication certification. - Glass chip improvement taskforce certification. - Impalement successful global project such as faster cycle time, CMS, technology improvement, tool improvement.

- Have 10 month experiences work at Plating Production Engineer. - Ensuring and improvement 5S and safety for line and associates. - Ensuring quality of product and machine run normally. - Control process, writing specification and training operator use machine. - Collecting and analyzing data to follow up process every day. - Rework the abnormality product to pass process. - Organizing meeting with other related department to find original cause and solution when had trouble affected to machine and product. - Improving machine and action of operator to increase productivity and cost down product. - Writing report every day.
