•Directed EV power electronics programs (1–2.2 kW DC-DC converters) for major Chinese OEMs (GAC & Dongfeng). •Led cross-functional teams through feasibility study, design, DV/PV validations, and successful SOP launch phases. •Managed program schedules, resources, and customer dashboards to ensure on-time and in-quality delivery. •Facilitated customer and supplier meetings for design reviews and milestone approvals.

• Managed prototype and service programs for cast and composite automotive components across multiple Tier1 and OEM platforms. • Conducted DFM reviews and implemented process improvements for casting and machining operations. • Supported business development through engineering presentations and customer training sessions. • Oversaw supplier quality audits, cost reduction initiatives, and material/process optimization.

• Led R&D and characterization of carbon-fiber BMC/SMC composite materials as Principal Investigator. • Conducted simulation and tooling validation for aluminum, magnesium, and zinc high-pressure die casting. • Prepared DFM documentation and coordinated quality audits to ensure compliance with engineering and industry standards.
