Three years ago, I left Pakistan to start a new chapter in Germany driven by curiosity, ambition, and a desire to challenge myself in unfamiliar territory. What I discovered along the way went far beyond a new address or a different workplace. It became a journey of resilience, adaptability, and learning how to grow beyond my comfort zone. In my professional life, I work at the intersection of IT operations, process optimization, and agile collaboration. I’m passionate about supporting teams work smarter, embrace change, and build solutions that drive meaningful impact. Working closely with DevOps teams and navigating the dynamics of digital transformation taught me the value of continuous learning, adaptability, and effective teamwork. Beyond my work in tech, I’m deeply interested in conversations around women’s empowerment, cross-cultural transitions, and personal growth especially for expat women forging careers in new environments. Having lived this experience myself, I’m always keen to connect with others who share similar journeys to exchange stories, reflections, and insights. I believe success isn’t defined by titles or borders, but by connection, community, and the courage to grow both personally and professionally.
