Responsibilities/Accomplishments: Assisted energy specialist engineer & project advisor on Tubular Heat Exchange Modification for Energy Optimization Project to balance thermal load consumption for juice processing unit by analyzing all levels of optimization from synthesis & design to operation & installation Expertly updated Single Line-Flow Diagram (SLD) using AutoCAD & updated P&ID of compressors. Calibrated boiler’s instruments & suggested replacements required for undisrupted workflow Proactively contributed in RAW Water Pumps Automation Project by cable sizing & cost management.
