• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs • Determine selection criteria • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

• Calling applicants and conduct a short telephonic interviews daily by analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements • Scheduling shortlisted candidates for Face to Face interview • Conducting Face to Face Interviews when & where required • Conducting computer assessments of shortlisted pool • Taking follow-ups on calls • Conducting role awareness sessions/Pre-NHT • Taking care of recruitment lab while efficiently coordinating with IT Department • Meeting required target of calls to close positions • Conduct reference and background checks • Maintaining records for applicants • Coordination on emails pertaining to daily activities • Any other task assigned by the management from time to time • All assigned reports

• Primary duties include Inbound/Outbound calls • Taking care of floor decorum, solving real-time floor issues • Email correspondence with the client, standardization & backend operation teams • I was also responsible for handling customer (Internal/PTA) escalations for both Warid (Prepaid, Postpaid) & Jazz (Prepaid)

Responsible for answering inbound calls. I have worked in the Warid campaign in both prepaid and postpaid ques.
