In my role as COO, I have developed our core operations, assembled top-performing teams, and synchronized daily operations with long-range strategic objectives. I still push for operational excellence, cultivate an accountable culture, and make sure every department plays a part in our expansion and the success of our clients. My priorities continue to be putting my vision into practice and creating a business that is synonymous with reliability, excellence, and ongoing innovation.

After gaining valuable experience in the insurance industry, I joined SAICO as Head of Department for Life and Personal Accident Insurance. During a professional journey of 13 years, I led a dynamic team, developed client focused insurance solutions, and ensured efficient policy management aligned with industry standards. My role involved managing underwriting operations, claims processing, and customer relationship management while coordinating with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders. I focused on building trusted client relationships while leading my team to meet performance and compliance targets. This chapter of my career sharpened my leadership abilities, deepened my technical knowledge in insurance, and enhanced my perspective on collaborative success, transparency, and service excellence.

My professional career started in Jeddah, where I had the opportunity to work with Credit and Commerce Insurance Company for over 11 years. Starting from an entry-level position, I worked my way to Assistant Manager by staying committed, organized, and results-focused. During this time, I contributed to operational efficiency, streamlined internal processes, and worked closely with teams to ensure smooth coordination. This role helped me build strong professional values, trust, discipline, and accountability, which helped me throughout my career. It was a phase marked by growth, skill-building, and laying the groundwork for my leadership journey.

I developed a solid understanding of human experience through literature, history, and social sciences. This degree equipped me with analytical skills and a unique perspective on cultural, historical, and societal influences. The program allowed me to connect diverse ideas and develop solutions bridging gaps between different viewpoints, and preparing me for roles requiring empathy, communication, and strategic thinking.
