Kopan is a fast growing restaurant where serves various Korean foods from traditional cuisines to unique Street food. Today, Kopan owns and operate three different locations (Torvehallerne, Linnésgade and Nørregade). - As internal communication associate, I have collaborated with senior leadership to develop and generate internal training program and onboarding contents. To optimize onboarding process for new hires, I have created an employee handbook that outlines the job role, rules, regulations, policies and guidelines. Moreover, to improve training program materials, I have planned and strategized by incorporating with visual aids. - Furthermore, I have managed with other HR related tasks such as culture implementation and internal workshop and team building workshop.

I conducted many marketing collaboration with various types of influencers who are base in different media platforms such as Youtube, Instagram, Blog etc. - Social media marketing : Created marketing contents in relation to the home interior and engaged in creating user traffics through the contents, and hashtages

- Influencer marketing : I have researched potential influencer candidates for the collaboration and reached out/ managed the entire collaboration process - Social media marketing: I have managed the official social media account of Kopan Rice and Street and created various social media marketing contents - Market research : I have assisted the food market research for the meal kit project while i was wondering as an intern of Nakeddenmark.

I have conducted various researches throughout master programme such as Partnership communication through TGTG, CSR communication for Gen-Z. My particular interest lies on CSR communication and strategic communication development. Throughout my education, I have obtained a knowledge and skills how to critically analyse and develop communication strategy for an organization
