About
I am a professional with a growing foundation in project management, who brings a unique combination of hands-on experience, strategic thinking, and cross-cultural collaboration to global and development initiatives.Experienced in supporting multi-country health workforce programs at the Mastercard Foundation, I have contributed to the designing, tracking, and coordination of high-impact partnerships with organizations like UNICEF, Amref, IFRC, and TCP. My role bridges strategy and operations, ranging from drafting leadership briefs and maintaining project trackers to managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration. Before, I gained valuable financial and compliance experience during my national service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where I strengthened internal processes, supported audits, and maintained accurate financial reporting.Beyond my professional work, I am deeply committed to community development and literacy among underserved populations. As a Field Officer and Mentor with Swift Aid NGO, I’ve helped empower over 500 children through the Kayaye Project in Accra, providing basic literacy education, life skills, and entrepreneurial training to marginalized young girls (Kayayes). This work reflects my belief that equitable access to education is foundational to long-term change.Let’s connect if you're looking for someone who blends operational excellence with a passion for development work. I’m eager to continue supporting impactful programs that drive systemic change across Africa and beyond.
