Providing support to track project progress, management of the project budget and cost control functions including budgeting, scheduling, change management, estimating, tracking progress, forecasting, and earned value management. •Monitoring the construction planning and scheduling efforts. •Monitoring changes to the project budget including the process required to ensure that the project completed within the approved budget. •Provide support for ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and submittal of invoices, and the collection of the outstanding invoices if needed. •Participate in Top Management progress follow-up meetings. •Assist the project managers if needed. •Maintaining sustainable communication channels between different departments/sections in the company. •Assisting to Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.

• Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture or engineering projects. • Direct, review, or approve project design changes. • Confer with management, production, or marketing staff to discuss project specifications or procedures. • Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to clients. • Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications. • Assess project feasibility by analyzing technology, resource needs, and market demand. • Direct recruitment, placement, and evaluation of architecture or engineering project staff. • Recommend cost estimates. • Develop or implement policies, standards, or procedures for engineering and technical work.
