LiFi is a light based Wi-Fi that basically uses visible light communication (light waves) instead of radio waves, where transmission of data is through illumination. As light travels faster than the radio waves, it can be utilized to exchange the data around 250 times more than the rapid broadband. The main advantage of LiFi is Security which is available only to the users within a room and cannot be breached by users in other rooms or building.

It introduce an advanced queue management system that will improve the satisfaction of customers as well as administrators of service provider, by easing out the customer flow management. The purpose is developing an automated system, database driven, as online application that manages the different waiting lists. Furthermore the system will be able to analyze the queue status, predicting and estimating the waiting time and taking decisions on which client to be served first. To improve its functionality, the system has different interfaces: client, employee and administrative interfaces supported by android/mobile software technology, website and buttons and digitalized I/O making it a robust solution to the current problem. It focuses on services where people have to wait before getting the service such as banks, institutions and health care centers.
