As the Head of Individual Giving at SOS Children’s Villages Jordan, I lead the strategy and execution of all fundraising efforts targeting individual donors. My role focuses on building and nurturing lasting relationships with supporters, enhancing donor engagement, and driving sustainable revenue growth to support our mission of providing loving homes and brighter futures for children without parental care.

As Senior Coordinator, I manage a variety of critical programs and initiatives that contribute to securing essential treatment costs for underprivileged cancer patients, addressing their financial, emotional, and logistical needs. Key responsibilities include overseeing and implementing the operational strategy for the Patient Support and Corporate Fundraising Units, ensuring alignment with KHCF’s business objectives. I am responsible for managing the following programs within the Local Corporate Department & Patient Support Unit

Lead and oversee daily operations for the Restaurant Care and Room for Hope programs, encompassing key tasks such as: Program Marketing & Partner Relations: Drive program marketing efforts while maintaining strong relationships with current partners, ensuring the use of appropriate recognition tools. Actively contribute to the Corporate Unit's daily operations. Business Development & Partnerships: Identify new opportunities by engaging with potential partners, including corporations, restaurants, and hotels, to expand the program's reach. Fundraising & Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential institutional fundraising partners and build a comprehensive database to support department initiatives. Partnership Growth & Retention: Strengthen and expand existing relationships while exploring additional opportunities with current partners. Design and implement motivating recognition plans to foster corporate engagement. Program Promotion: Advocate for the foundation’s fundraising programs, events, and campaigns that support CCI, JBCP, and KHCC, ensuring broader visibility and impact
