Hadeer Safwat

Founder of Revere Montessori Preschool in Dubai, the first fully AMI Montessori preschool in the city. My work is rooted in authentic Montessori practice, child development, and creating prepared environments where children feel safe, respected, independent, and able to reach their full potential.I attained my AMI Montessori Diploma for ages 3–6 from the Maria Montessori Institute in London, where I trained across Montessori environments in Abbey Road and Notting Hill. This experience allowed me to observe authentic Montessori education firsthand and shaped my commitment to building a school that remains faithful to Dr. Maria Montessori’s philosophy.I also hold an EYFS certificate and have a background in International Relations from King’s College London, which continues to inform the way I think about education, culture, community, and the role of schools in shaping society.Since opening Revere, I have overseen the school’s vision, operations, parent communication, compliance, staffing, and the quality of teaching and learning. I work closely with AMI-trained educators and trainers to ensure our practice remains aligned with the principles and standards of Montessori education.My leadership is grounded in the belief that a school, like a classroom, must be a prepared environment: calm, intentional, beautiful, consistent, and guided by respect. I believe the quality of the child’s experience depends deeply on the preparation of the adult, which is why staff development, observation, reflection, and mentorship are central to our work at Revere.I am also passionate about helping families understand Montessori, so that home and school can work together in supporting the child’s independence, confidence, and natural development.At Revere, we serve children between the ages of 2.5 and 6 years old, guiding each child through an environment built on respect, independence, concentration, and purposeful work.
