Facilitating recruitment procedures and following up on agreements between candidates and employers. The Human Resources Department supervises and coordinates employee affairs. It is responsible for organizational structuring, job descriptions, and updating the structure according to any changes in the company’s size or activities. It prepares surveys and performance evaluation indicators, develops and prepares the required annual budget, determines employees’ leave plans and presents them to personnel affairs, and completes the final hiring procedures for new employees, among other responsibilities.
