During my MSc. degree, I developed a low-power low-cost RFID tag. This was a joint project with TowerJazz and TAU teams; the final product was a full RFID chip, fabricated in TowerJazz fab. In this context, I lead 6 student pairs during the two years. Three scientific papers were published, two presented in Korea (ISCAS), and one was published in the well known IEEE Journal of Solid State Circuits (JSSC).
