- Draw up test instruction sheets, in compliance with the company's technical procedures and applicable quality standards; - Update test documents in line with changes in product designs, and ensure that recent versions are used; - Define tooling and accessory requirements for test equipment; - Work closely with the methods team to design new test bands; - Draw up specifications and process offer for the supply of accessories and spare parts for test equipment; - Ensure the necessary documentation of technical data generated for assigned tasks, in accordance with applicable procedures; - Ensure the preventive and curative maintenance of test equipment; - Implement test equipment in good time to meet product delivery deadlines; - Carry out electrical/electronic functional and performance testing of products manufactured, in particular: - Control equipment - HV electrical network protection: Programmable relays, etc. - Switching and isolating devices for electrical substations: HV circuit breakers, HV disconnectors. - Ensure that tested products meet technical drawings and customer requirements. - Prepare test reports and suggest improvements or modifications to test procedures. - Analyze test results, detect problems and work with method engineers and production team to address root causes of test defects. - Coordinate with the production team to improve turnaround times and optimize test hours to meet production milestones and delivery schedules. - Promote safe working practices by complying with internal EHS rules and electrical safety standards.
