I have been working with RT Arabic as a roving correspondent formerly based in both the UK & UAE. During my time there I also had my own weekly TV show entitled 'Studio London - Hacene Zitouni' & have been working on Global political affairs. I cover extensively the UAE humanitarian aid being done globally with an emphasis on Palestine, Sudan, Chad and Afghanistan. Responsibilities: Worked closely alongside fellow journalists within Russia Today sister companies such as: RT UK, RT US, Going Underground & RT Moscow HQ Analysed complex issues to present clear, understandable reports that resonated with diverse audiences. Spearheaded special projects, investigative reports & my own show that garnered international attention. Ket Achievements: The Vienna Iran Nuclear discussions - got an exclusive scoop live on air regarding a secret delegation from Saudi Arabia presenting the GCC views with the US, EU & Russian official negotiators during the talks. Most other major news networks then took the information from RT and reported thereafter (CNN, Al Jazeera, etc). Interviews included: Prince Hassan Bin Talal (Former Crown Prince of Jordan), Bill Gates (Head of Microsoft), Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani (Former Qatar PM/FM), Alex Salmond (First Minister of Scotland), George Galloway (Independent MP), Larry King (Globally recognized Interviewer). Covered extensively the last few US presidential elections. Recently did the Arab, China-Arab, Russian-Arab summit, went to various G7 summits & the last UN General assembly meetings.

After 22 years work with mbc tv I am now setting up myself as a freelance journalst and media consulatant.
