-Oversee a team of engineering professionals and consultants, developing engineering studies, designs, and documents for routine projects in infrastructure construction, maintenance, and operation. Our specialization is in custom mechanical thermal comfort equipment for buildings, research facilities, and labs in general. - Industrial Ventilation to eliminate the use of the hazardous products, substitute with less toxic products, process chang by providing a continous supply of fresh air , dilute airborne contaminants, maintain temperature and humidity. -Designs and develops custom EVAP condensing chillers, air to water heat pump, process cooling water skid, boiler skids, and pump skids. -Prepares mechanical engineering designs, drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with codes, standards and project requirements. -Reviews contractors' mechanical submittals and works to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. - Reviews engineering drawings, specifications, calculations and work products produced by staff, consultants and contractors to ensure accuracy, adequacy and conformance to standards. -Provides engineering support to construction and operations; reviews existing conditions and establishes suitability for use; conducts studies of processes by identifying, obtaining and analyzing samples and data; performs and coordinates field work activities; analyzes and resolves problems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, specifications and performance.

- Energy Efficiency duties include supporting and leading the energy project development like Energy Auditing and Benchmarking for commercial and residential buildings - Conducts ASHRAE level I, II, III energy audits, Measurement, Construction documentation review, energy analysis, calculating heating and cooling loads

-Engineer of Record -Managed engineering, pre-construction, and detailing efforts for high rise, commercial, and campuses including TI projects. -Performed load calculations, duct/piping sizing & layout, equipment selection, and coordinating drawings with other trades as well as communicating issues relevant to HVAC, Plumbing designs and installation for commercial and multifamily buildings. -Worked on the task of developing initial HVAC design documents for modular hotels, commercial and high-rise multi-family projects until final construction documents. -Established design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. -Perform Heating & Cooling load calculations -Equipment Selection -Duct and Piping design -Title 24 Compliance Documentation -Permit Document Preparation -LEED Compliance Documentation
