I am in the consumer electronic industry as a member of Index Grup for more than 5 years. Started to do this business with zero experience , than firstly learned the structures of the market and all of the operational jobs with the Apple 3PP business as a Product Manager Assistant for 2 years and 6 month as Product Manager. After 2,5 years with Apple 3PP business and 6 months of mandatory military duty , on September 2020 I'm back to business as a Product manager with the Index Grup again. But this time I started to work for our retail and online business departmant and it was a totally different experience.On the Apple side Apple was the only customer for us and we were processing everything according to Apple but with the retail and online departmant i have to work for all the retailers(Mediamarkt , Vatan , Teknosa etc.) and all of our online resellers(more than 1000+) with more than 25+ brands(Belkin , Hikvision , Targus , Steelseries , HP , Samsung , Glorious , Microsoft, Sony , Xiaomi , Jabra etc..) So with this new experience I learned so much thing in a really short time period like 1,5 years.I was lacking about understanding the differences on the online and offline market , competetion between the customers and how you can control the market mess for a brand , what can be the possible marketing activities for a new brand in Turkey market , how you can improve the sales with brand's support and fully communication with the brands for the brand knowledge on the market and etc.. I had too much experience about these lacking problems and how to solve these problems anymore.Right now i can analyze the market for a brand and can make decisions for the brand's future. Lastly I would like to mention some of my hobbies.The best one I have is producing electronic music as an amateur , you can find some of my songs on spotify under Habib Furkan name :) The other one is playing basketball when I got free time and my friends are ready to play.
