Why the role mattered: ANB’s nationwide footprint needed a leader who could turn a fragmented premises function into a real estate platform aligned with the bank’s growth strategy and regulator obligations. • Owned the nationwide real estate and facilities footprint — more than 1,000 24/7 sites across Saudi Arabia and a team of 300+ across delivery, facilities, and operations — keeping critical banking infrastructure available, compliant, and continuously evolving. • Delivered 5 large-scale and 200+ small-scale projects spanning headquarters, branches, and operational infrastructure — end-to-end from feasibility through handover and ongoing facility management. • Led the nationwide rollout of ANB’s new brand identity across branches and facilities — fully delivered in under 3 months, with no interruption to customer service or regulatory standing. • Restructured the premises operating model into a single accountable platform covering governance, project delivery, commercial management, and facilities — lifting consistency and shortening decision cycles. • Led credit, technical, and construction risk reviews on major real estate and infrastructure investments, informing financing structures and board-level governance decisions. • Built a delivery culture where people knew what they owned, why it mattered, and how it connected to the bank’s wider strategy — the lever behind the productivity gains.

Why the role mattered: Vision 2030’s housing and quality-of-life ambitions needed a function that could turn national policy and urban planning ambition into deliverable programs across municipalities, regulators, and the private sector. • Built the Quality of Life department from a blank page — operating model, governance, strategic roadmap, and team — positioning it to influence national housing and urban policy at scale. • Advised on national housing strategy and the Sakani Program at deputy-ministerial level, shaping decisions on large-scale housing delivery, urban planning standards, and livability. • Delivered 4 national programs and 3 inter-ministerial agreements designed to improve livability, accelerate housing supply, and unlock public–private partnership opportunities. • Contributed to the initiative enabling 10 million trees for residential neighborhoods and urban livability — a flagship contribution within the Saudi Green Initiative. • Developed and secured approval for a new developer incentive and stimulation model, alongside multiple financial sustainability and urban transformation initiatives across government entities.

Why the role mattered: TAIBA’s hospitality and mixed-use pipeline needed disciplined development leadership that could move concepts through to operating assets without losing design intent or commercial control. • Led hospitality and mixed-use developments from masterplan through commissioning, integrating urban planning, architecture, and construction sequencing under a single accountable structure. • Established PMO disciplines across a 25-asset investment portfolio, lifting consistency in cost, schedule, and quality outcomes. • Led ERP transformation initiatives that moved project and development management from paper-based tracking into automated digital workflows — lifting governance, coordination, reporting, and operational visibility across the portfolio. • Aligned design, commercial, and execution teams around shared delivery milestones — protecting feasibility assumptions, brand standards, design intent, and investor confidence.

Why the role mattered: SABB’s construction finance portfolio required someone who could read both the building and the balance sheet — protecting credit decisions through real technical and commercial diligence. • Operated across a portfolio of more than 1,500 active construction projects, personally visiting and reviewing approximately 100 of them on-site — bringing engineering reality back to the credit table. • Identified and assessed forward risks across exposures exceeding SAR 5 billion, informing financing structures, contractor evaluation criteria, and feasibility frameworks used by the credit committee. • Supported financing and banking decisions through technical, construction, feasibility, and risk analysis — acting as the translator between developers, contractors, and bankers, turning architectural and engineering reality into investable terms.

• Delivered branches, ATM rollouts, and headquarters projects nationwide under structured project management and vendor governance. • Supported supervision and risk evaluation of large-scale construction projects — safeguarding build quality, customer experience, and capital deployment.
