- Manage the supply flow from raw material to retail: capacity, planning, orders, inventory, price. - Optimize the costs, lead time and stock, - Analysis the purchase data and supplier performance for the business development

• Responsible for check-out duties and manage customers services to maintain the good relations with customers. • Control the movement of the goods to sort out the clarifications to save the costs in placing orders and transport, and take advantage of volume discount. • Make orders and deal with suppliers to achieve the objectives in stock and costs.

Main tasks: • Manage the status and movement of SKUs in the warehouse. • Ensure to fulfill orders and deliver goods from and to stores on time. • Optimize some issues: workforce, working schedule, timetable for transport and fulfillment. • Coordinate with other divisions to manage the movement of the products. Achieved some good results: - Reduce significantly the overtime (which happens before my coming). - Build an organized and scientific working schedule to the warehouse operation. - Establish the procedure to control and provide free goods to stores on right time.

Main tasks: • Check and find out the discrepancies between document and goods received. • Prepare document to receive and deliver goods to customers. • Reform and optimize any phases of the operation of the Department to improve the service quality.
