H.E Dr Juma Madani

As the Chairman and CEO of Al Matiya Group, a leading sports management company in Dubai, I oversee the strategic direction and operations of the organization, which includes Al Matiya Sports Club, a professional athletics club with multiple achievements and awards. I graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Bachelor of Business Administration, where I gained a solid foundation in business administration and management, as well as a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. I also have a previous experience as the Director of Public Relations for Al-Futtaim Group, one of the largest and most diversified conglomerates in the Middle East. My core competencies include leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making. I value teamwork, excellence, and integrity, and I aim to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and social responsibility within the Al Matiya Group and the wider sports industry. My goal is to promote the development and growth of sports and athletes in the UAE and beyond.
