• Full cycle of processing of foreign trade supplies for import and export; • Registration of shipping documents (invoices, packaging, export declarations, certificates of origin, BL, CMR); • Conclusion of foreign economic, transport, brokerage contracts; • Development of optimal import and export supply chains; • Registration of the export procedure, both customs clearance (registration of the export declaration) and transit cargo from the free zone (T1 registration); • Control of the correct labeling of the goods, compliance of the actual data of the goods with the data in the documents; • Ordering transport; • Control of loading of goods into the vehicle; • Registration of the certificate of origin, if necessary; • Interaction with senders, carriers, brokers and involved departments of the company;

• Planning and deciding logistic operation from the beginning of placing order process from foreign countries especially for African, Far East and European Countries. • Checking all shipment documents regarding importation or Transit transactions. • Make coordination with Custom Broker Company during and after import-export process. • Following and managing correspondences , e mail between companies and suppliers. • Conducting payment schedules and following derivative subjects ( payment terms, insurance, assurances) • Preparing and presenting periodic reports to the management about importation datas of company including cost analysis. *Planning and organising inland haulage operation pursuant to planning department request. *Responsible for whole export operation and invoicing process.

*Planning importation and checking the shipment documents regarding the vehicles and spare parts of SsangYong(Korean Suv Brand) and DFSK (Chinese Brand) via contacting with their relevant depatments in order to specify freight,insurance, payment terms etc.. *Making yearly business plans pursuant to top management confirmation. Making agreement drafts with other foreign companies in order to finalise and realize them under the control of relevant department. *Attending to delegation of top management's business local-international travels for asissting them. *Following finance transactions for local and international banks *Organizing accommodations, meeting schedules for foreign main companies' top authorized visitors and making coordination between the top management. *Making exportation to the Iraq and Algeria (vehicles,spare parts,construction products). Making feasibility study for comparing prices for items which are specified as needed and determining most suitable offer and purchasing them respectively. *Making cost analysis according to periodic terms and submitting relevant reports to the top management. *Following visa procedures/processes for the company personals. *Following e-mail correspondances between companies' top management in order to finalise subjects and cases. *Responsible for whole export process

To determine the price,payment,loading methods and carrier by making an overseas market research in relation to the purchase of the raw materials to be imported in line with the demand from the production department.If needed, to open the letters of credit upon consultation with the banks. To ensure the follow-up of customs procedures in coordination with the customs consultant during the importation of the product.Performing free zone, inward processing, transit, cross-export, temporary import-export operations and reporting of import-export cost analysis.Warehouse, free warehouse inventory control.Identify the international fairs that can be attended within the scope of the firm strategy and examine the foreground of the organizations in this direction.To improve the volume of foreign trade by continuing the sustainable connection with foreign companies in trade and to realize the potential cross selling targets by establishing new connections.

To perform branch operations, to meet customer demands who comes to pay desk, in order to provide them best customer satisfaction.
