ARRK Visibility Solutions will bring full package visibility solutions to the low volume segment of the mobility market. Full package - We will support our customers throughout the full product lifecycle, from conception up to retirement. Visibility solutions - Together with our customers we aim to bring the right solutions into the market enhancing visibility for the end-user as well as the environment. In other words, we will enable them to see and be seen. As visibility is no longer solely determined by lighting, we will offer solutions that go beyond simple lighting (e.g., via integration of advanced sensing technologies like cameras). Low volume – Our focus is on the low volume segment of the market, as that is where we fit best based on our strategy, capabilities, and values. We aim to remain flexible, agile, and especially provide a high service level to our customers. Mobility market – Marketwise we take on the full mobility market, ranging from (hyper)sport cars to trucks and even bicycles. Although located in Europe (Netherlands), we will act globally, leveraging the capabilities and capacity of the ARRK Group and its supply base.

Apr.’11 – Nov. '11: Detached at Bosch Transmission Technology B.V. Active supporting of new customer at the CVT market at the development of new CVT. Responsible for housing, shift mechanism and also assembly tools for proto as serial parts for development, realization and verification of a new project at Asian market. • Development of housing, shift mechanism and accessories of the project (at time, according specifications and within budget) • Development of assembly tools needed for the project (at time, according specifications and within budget) • Managing of CAD designers for previous mentioned components • Sharing of knowledge to and supporting of customer for the previous mentioned components. Nov.’10 – Apr.’11: Detached at BKL Engineering B.V. Technical responsible for the development and engineering of hoisting tools for hoisting of machines • Functioning according a pro-active role to fulfill a project within the requirements (technical specifications, timing) • Setting up design with taking into account the requirements package • Perform technical calculations as well as FEM-analyses (using Ansys-package) and evaluations to ensure the feasibility of the system • Creating the necessary drawings and underlying documentation (design specifications; Risk Analysis; Strength reporting; User Manual; Maintenance Instructions) • Drafting and development of necessary test program using the accompanying test-rig for CE certification • Maintain communication with the customer about how to develop the hoisting tool • Working with Team Center Express

Responsible for realization of Aluminium and steel facades of several simultaneously current projects as from the development stage until the realization. • Responsible for small up to large simultaneously current projects with project duration varying from 6 months up to 2 years. Project turnover of the several projects varying of €200,000, - to €11,000,000, - • Managing projectteams for realisation (development, purchase, production, assembly) of the facades according to the customer requirements within budget and planning. • Monitoring the project budget and quality • Contact person for customer • Reporting to the manager.

Technical responsible for the development, engineering and realisation of complex roofsystems in the automotive branch according the latest new techniques, to take the system into production within the development time and according the customer and projectteam specifications and requirements. • Functioning according a pro-active as managing role (managing of an R&D project team until 15 fte) to fulfil the project within the goals (technical requirements, budget, planning). • Implementing of concepts and quality improvements (in development and production environment) by using DFMEA, Six Sigma, 5S, Lean Manufacturing • Coordinating of testprograms according customer specifications. • Implementing of testresults and making of internal/external improvements to come to an optimum design. • Making of technical calculations and evaluations to ensure the feasibility of the system. • Set up drawings for serial production. • Maintain the communication with the customer concerning the development of the roof system. • Working with ERP system. • Worldwide experience as sustaining engineer as maintaining contacts with customers and suppliers in Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, England, Brasil, South Korea, Taiwan, etc.

Responsible within a projectteam for the testing and validation of a roofsystem, to take the system into production within the development time and according the customer and project team specifications and requirements. • Set up and perform validation plan according customer specifications. • Managing of test technicians to perform test plan. • Analysing of test results and recommend improvements to the project engineer. • Maintain the communication with the customer about the test results.

Constructing and optimising several interior parts by using Catia-system • During constructing taking into account assembly, tooling, material, etc. • Performing packaging studys. • Set up 3D-models, especially Solids. • Set up and change production drawings.
