I have over 19 years of experience working as an Import & Export Customer Experience and Documentation at sea logistics, managing end-to-end operations across both import and export processes. I have also led documentation efforts for both import and export shipments, with comprehensive expertise in transit container operations. Currently, I have been leading a team of four people in Customer Service and Documentation. In addition to my logistics background, I have 5 years of experience as an English Language Teacher, having worked at various language institutions at weekends. This combined experience has equipped me with strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of international trade procedures and documentation. Shortly, I have all knowledge for import & export and transit container shipments.
