As a eager and passionate physiotherapist I work with patients who has orthopedic problems such as muscleoskeletal pains, disc herniations, post-op complications and stroke victims . I have patients at their living areas like home and officies also at clinic in Primer Physiotherapy center . My main duty is carry out routine treatment programmes, provide effective services, progress within guidelines laid down by the team leader . MY main duty is briefly caring for people and keeping people well. My responsibilities working as a team member, dealing with people both individually or in group, Working with both acute and inpatient patients, motivate people, organize patients well and take initiative when required to work alone.

I take the responsibility of rehabilitation of the patient who underwent the limb lengthening operations during their lengthening period at their homes or hotels. My main duty is keep my patients well, keeping them safe and caring for my patients. And also carry out routine treatment program, maintain or restore function, maximise rehabilitation potential and plan for long-term management. Beside that my responsibility is also maintain a person-centred and support my patients through their rehabilitation journey within a multidisciplinary team work. I work under the direct supervision or alongside the their own doctors but at times İ deliver interventions on my own.

I was the physiotherapist team leader at that rehabilitation center and we were doing exercises and treatments to increase the mobility and self efficiency of children who has congenital diseases and disabilities like cerebral palsy, down syndrome, premature birth and muscle disorders. As a chief physiotherapist İ tried to improve the interpersonal and communication skills of my colleagues. And always emphazed to enhancing the Collaborative team working skills among the my coworkers. So in a collaborative team work we provided Professional, patient centred care and maintained confidentiality to our patients. As a chief physiotherapist İ had changed work situations with a Calm and flexible approaches to give effective treatment to our patients.

I was working in flexible hours as a home care physiotherapist . My duty was to doing some exercises and organize rehabilitation program with patients at their homes. Most of my patients were elderly and physically handicapped Who suffered from stroke, post-op complications and parkinson . İ was the only physiotherapist of my patients so i had always acted on my own initiative, organise and manage the rehabilitation of my patients. I always care, listen carefully ,respect, motivate and teach my patients . My Collaborative team working skills made me effcetively integrate patients in their rehabilitation program . And also my Calm and flexible approach to changing work situation always help my patients to have better and effective treatments

I think I have got a good education in this period of university so with my education I will contribute more values to the people of all around the world
