I am happy to share my experiences from my position as a central supplier quality engineer, in which the individual can work in independent, flexible circumstances, but at the same time it also requires a high level of self-control and autonomy in their tasks. This is largely due to remote work, where there is a weekly team meeting, but basically everything goes online. During my work, the management support at all levels is impeccable, but the cohesion and helpfulness of the team members is also amazing. In addition to all this, the high level of performance of our tasks can only be achieved with well-founded professional knowledge, where we can handle the challenges we face flexibly and confidently. My current job also requires strong communication skills across nations and cultures, while respecting the differences of the other individual. The core of our tasks is the running of a wide variety of projects based on APQP processes, be it new or a previous update (cary-over). The necessary must is also present with complaint handling, the difference from the general one is that the colleagues on site provide the information about the nonconformity, and we process it remotely with the supplier. The other must is reQ/YIS, which if the supplier relationship is good does not cause any challenges. All of this is crowned by supplier audits at different levels and other unexpected events. I really enjoy working for this company, in this position, despite the rare physical meetings with colleagues and of course with the company "challenges" present.

 Managing and supervising the entire supplier chain o Management and supervision of the work of my subordinates (foreign material, selections, rework) o Handling supplier claims, with customer complaints on a case-by-case basis, supplier visits o Far Eastern tool resettlement/tool transfer to a new supplier – its complete management (PPAP) o Handling quality issues raised in production, mainly in combination of supplier problems o Participating in audits, keeping related documents up to date, monthly reporting

° Leading full coverage of related project quality responsibilities o Preparing documentation in the different mile stones according the actual needs o Coordinating and supporting SQA at supplier related topicsto the project (first escalation level) o Intercompany communication in the project with different departments, later with customer too. o Take a part in drawing preparation with close cooperation of development to made drawings production conform based on actual information. o Coordinating and preparing dimensional control method with development and measuring responsible together with preparation of measuring gauges and fixtures o Handling customer needs together with the project coordinator o Preparing PPAP package to the customer (in case of deviation with DA together) o Complementing of serial quality managing each supplier/customer problems°

After a year of external contractual employment relationship at JCI, agreed and switched to direct application. • During European tool transfer by supplier change, assuring the supplier quality to grant the assembly quality to the customers via re-PPAP; - Managing sample buildings for specified tests, preparing fit & function, coordinating measurements (counter-measurement), to reach the ‘best quality’ - Co-ordination of the compilation of necessary documents by suppliers to achieve PSW-s (until this preparing DA) and getting ready for Approval to our Customer. - In close cooperation with the product development engineer, to solve the non-compliance on the drawing based on available information. - At rising high level issues via relocation, investigation and international team working to get the possible safe solution. • Auditing of selected suppliers via rules of the VDA6.3 • Complementing the SQA team, managing each supplier problems

Quality Expert Project Engineer of the Trigo Company Assuring assembly quality to the customers via rePPAP during European tool transfer by supplier change at the facility Mór. AUDI Hungaria Motorgyár Kft. – SQA, Task Force project Quality Expert Project Engineer of the Trigo company - Supporting the Task Force tasks at the new Audi models in the purchased Chassis parts and in raw pace squeeze/stamping. - Processing the raised problems in the supplied goods such as body part or raw material, effective promoting of internal or external complaints. - Contacting/negotiating with suppliers/customers – regarding corrective actions, scrap handling and coordinating specifications changes at squeeze/stamping raw materials too. - Active supporting of internal and external process work outs. - Close team working with neighbor departments.

AUDI Hungaria Motorgyár Kft. – SQA, Task Force project I'm a SQA Engineer how is working as an Audi employee at those Task Force dept. Major responsibility is to assure the quality of the incoming goods of assembly parts in the phase of EOP of the Audi TT2 sport car. The line can't stop. It means, you've a mass of suppliers and that products (as to myself Interieur), and you've to achieve to keep them on a high level of quality. Monitoring there capability. Analyzing problems with the collages. Starting claims of the production and managing those from the field. Starting containment and sorting or rework actions. And of course many other things in this field.

Quality Liaison & Project Engineer (automotive) (GM Europe/GMKorea) - Customer Contacting regarding the Products under my responsibility - Claim handling in the specific requirements form of the customer, sometime with additive documentation - Coordination of Sorting/rework actions interim and at the customer with the help of an 3rd company - Evaluate of the external scrap, result communication to the production - Active participation on the quality meetings - Work out of PPAP/PTR – (PSW) documentations on my field, coordination of part producting and delivery for the products under my responsibility - Handling of open invoices together with the SAM, negotiation of payment - Supporting the logistic dept. to reach the customer demands. - In the PE dept. I’ve the project (splitted) engennering responsibility to manage customer needs regarding deliveries (not job of the logistic), PPAP of parts and tooling to improove SOP at the customer – GMK (South Korea)
