* Act as head of Wireless department, build and setup the team to develop the WIFI/Zigbee/OFDM based Wireless solutions which will be used on different drones. 1. Developed smart-streaming technology which can greatly improve video transmission quality; 2. Developed 2.4G * 5.8G WIFI solution which can improve WIFI stability and transmission quality; 3. Developed OFDM based 2.4G * 5.8G Wireless solution which can support 10 * km 1080p video transmission. 4. Lead team developed RTK * PPK solution.

Being responsible for the main studio television projects with customer support (AE), assisting customers to solve problems encountered in the television project. Leading a small team in LG GP2 / GP3 project, being responsible for: 1. HDMI module. Built-in HDMI RX module within Broadcom 3549 series chip; being one of the major supporting engineer of the module, helping customers to solve problems encountered in Timing, HDCP 1.4, AVMUTE, HDMI, etc. 2. VGA / Component module. Being similar to HDMI, also a module within Broadcom 3549 series chip; helping customers to solve related problems of Timing support, VGA automatic calibration, position adjustment, phase calibration, ADC calibration, etc. 3. Participating Board Bring up of new chips'. Participating basically all the new chips' Board Bring up, accumulating much experience.

1. Development of drivers of Tuner, DVB-T demodulator, audio and video decoders. 2. Development of HAL layer of hardware. This is a hardware-related management layer between the OS / Firmware and middleware. It maintains a variety of hardware plugs' drivers (such as audio Tuner, Demod, Analog Audio Decoder, Analog Video Decoder, HDMI RX, etc.). 3. Commissioning of driver bug in AMD DTV main chip (Xilleon 244, Xilleon 243). The modules involving analog composite signal (CVBS) Decoder, computer signal (VGA), LVDS module, PLL module, HDMI module, etc.

* Leading a small development team, improving the established DVB-S system of the company. * Participating in the development of a new DVB-S project targeting at Japanese market: Digital music box. Being responsible for the smart card driver, Conex CA integration, character-driven of LCD panel, driver for audio plug processor; being responsible for management and task allocation in software team in this project. * Playing the leading role in the completion of online upgrading OAD (Over Air Download) project which is based on the European SSU specifications, with key technologies related to deep understanding of DVB standard and a variety of FLASH drivers.

1. Being sent to Tsinghua University to participate in the R & D of "high-definition digital integrated TV project" led by Tsinghua University, using ST5514 + 7020 program; being responsible for the development of remote driver, external demodulator driver, underlying text interface and multi-lingual system. 2. Participating in the development of the multiple STB platforms crossing graphics libraries MagicWin, which is designation-free.

* Leading a team of about 10 people working in Marvell R&D team, working closely with Marvell ASIC and the customer supporting team, developing low level driver, middleware and provide SDK to customers: * Being TV software leader of Marvell US market main stream TV project. I'm responsible for all TV software development, customer issues fixing and SDK releasing. ( 2015.3 -) * Development chip level driver and middleware of CVBS, VGA, HDMI, MPEG2, H264, H265, VP8, VP9, etc. * Integration and development of video post processing part * Power consumption optimization and system performance optimization * development of Marvell * Active Standby function (very fast resume speed but low power consumption). * Initial implementation of Automatic Test System's architecture design, and initially realization of overall planning of Marvell debugging tools. * Co-work with ASIC and DIAG team on system performance and DDR bandwidth optimization
