About
What would happen to your family if you didn’t make it home today? Without a clear estate plan, your loved ones could be left with stress and confusion — right when they’re grieving. I help Georgia families avoid that. I’m an estate planning attorney focused on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. Through my firm, Attorney Gwendolyn Walker, LLC, I help clients protect their assets, reduce family conflict, and leave a legacy with clarity. Before founding my practice, I spent over 20 years as an attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. That experience taught me how to navigate complex legal matters — and now, I use that knowledge to guide individuals and families through personal planning with confidence. I also speak regularly to community groups and nonprofits about the importance of estate planning. If you're seeking an engaging speaker for topics like wills, trusts, or medical directives, feel free to reach out. (Nonprofit events require a minimum of 25 attendees.) 📩 Ready to create a plan that protects your family? Let’s connect.
