My responsibilities included...Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform patient care services. Address patient concerns and queries professionally. Answer call lights and attend to patient needs. Record patient’s blood pressures, temperature, pulse, respiration and weight on regular basis. Ensure safety and quality in patient services and maintain confidentiality of patient medical records. Assess patient’s health improvements and accordingly update medical records.
