In-Sec-M, Canada’s cybersecurity industry cluster, is a non-profit organization that brings together companies, learning and research institutions, and government actors to take concerted action to increase the cohesion and competitiveness of the Canadian cybersecurity industry, nationally and internationally.

• Lead planner, director and instructor on a multi-million dollar course which project involved more than 200 people, spread onto 8 months and included 7 helicopters; • Managed the personnel involved in the development of tactics, training and operational procedures; • Gave lectures on a wide variety of subjects related to the military; • Managed the personnel involved in the operation of a small fleet of helicopters; • Taught advanced tactics, planning and resources coordination to future air mission commander; • Optimized the use of resources; • Coordinated internal resources; • Worked with multidisciplinary teams; and • Provided advices on the management of other projects within the organisation.
