Management of the division development work at all market categories. • Direct management of development, Dev to Production and sample room teams. • Managing the development department members tasks and schedule. • Responsible for the annual development plan, budget and schedule. • Increasing of Source Tactical Gear revenues and profits. • Providing team leadership and technical direction including project management. • Leading product development efforts from a design control perspective ensuring designs meet requirements • Leading development for quality/product improvement and productivity initiatives. • Monitoring all the "development to production" transition work within Source as well as with supply chain and subcontractors. • Ongoing continuous communication with the division departments including Marketing, Program management, Production and Marcom. • Reporting directly to the CEO.
