As a dedicated structural biochemist, I have a proven track record of leading drug discovery projects by strategically applying biochemical, biophysical, and structural biology methodologies. I am passionate about embracing new techniques, designing innovative experiments, and troubleshooting challenges. I thrive in fast-paced environments with ambitious goals. In my current role, I have established and built Bicycle Therapeutics' in-house structural biology capabilities, driving drug discovery programs by elucidating biological mechanisms and enabling structure-based drug design. My work involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to our research endeavors. With an excellent scientific track record in both basic and translational research, I bring broad expertise across various biological fields, including human metabolism, oncology, infectious diseases, and rare diseases. My extensive international experience has honed my strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. My ultimate career aspiration is to make a positive impact on human health by contributing to the development of disruptive technologies that expedite drug discovery processes.
