• Audit/monitor service desk analyst interactions weekly via call recording tools, live intrusions, and incident logging tools • KCS coach Role: Train analysts in the application of the KCS model • Creation and improvement of the knowledge articles using the KCS model. • Training of new employees in technical processes and corporate training. • Monthly reviews, with the client, presented results, metrics and service improvements.

•Verification of invoice and purchase order status using SAP ECC. • Activation of roles and functions in SAP Logon. • Resolve SAP access issues, reset password, configure environments in SAP Logon 740 and help users create expense reports.
