Responsible for managing the activities of construction projects, ensuring budgets, construction schedules, safety, SWPPP, quality standards, and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the construction process.

Overseeing the activities at a residential and comercial construction job site, managing construction crews, inspecting ongoing work such as general maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, renovations, landscaping, walkways and exteriors, roofing, flooring, ensuring adherence to state and local codes, arranging for necessary equipment and keeping construction project costs under budget.

Managing operating budgets, assessing project and resources requirements, selecting, ordering and purchasing materials, planning and organising production schedules, determining quality control standards, overseeing production processes, liaison with buyers, marketing and sales staff.

Managing the scope, schedule, field monitoring, and budget for complete renovation, repair, rehabilitation, and new construction projects. Tasks included: Bidding and estimating, scheduling, coordinating, and tracking costs on construction projects such as interior renovations, infrastructure, demolition, restoration and new constructions, staff supervision, communicating with contract specialists, inspectors, officers, customers, technicians, superintendents, and subcontractors.

Project "Construction of new outlets NGV points, the West District in Ciudad Ojeda. Inspection in the process of construction of benches, walls, electrical installations, gas, water/waste water, paving, and drainage according with standard regulation. Inspection and verification of certificates of quality materials, in order to meet customer standards. Take the dossier of project progress; and documentation of field and laboratory tests.
