Budget responsible for Industrialization projects Assure on time delivery of the lines at site, and lines release by customers. Main communication channel and benchmark with other Sites. Assure Valeo requirements of Production System/Quality/Production as well as TS, ISO14000 & OHSAS for all industrialization projects. Perform periodic capacity analysis for all lines of the plant (SIOP), (MPS) and report it regularly to all the involved areas and look for CI Ensure IPROM activities application and attend to Industrial Validation Committees for Greenfield, extension, transfer and new line deployment Ensure standard RAISE deployment and application in process Ensure application of policies and initiatives from Product Group/Business Group and Group Industrial networks. Lead from site the first High Voltage (OBC, Inverter, DCDC) project for Power Electronic from RFI, RFQ to award, 3 USD Billion Order Intake, from electronic assembly (SMT, THT) to final assembly.

Management of the whole plant quality organization, control and implementation of methods and processes for ensuring quality as well as intervention and solution finding in comprehensive quality procedures with the affected internal and external positions as well as with quality management. • Set-up, updating and following up the plan for the Continual Improvement Process (budgeting, quality targets). • Ensuring and complying with the legally mandated Conformity Of Production requirements during series production of the products to be manufactured in the plant for the license holder. • Responsible for reducing quality costs with the introduction of concrete measures for fault costs, contribute to preventing faulty parts reaching customers due to stop delivery and manufacturing of faulty or possibly faulty products • Initiate and lead innovation and continuous improvement methodologies on current products (work force and floor space utilization, scrap reduction, non-quality cost reduction, etc). At new launches, lead Advanced Quality Planning to achieve compliance on commitments & expectations. • Responsible for whole Quality System Management (QMS), Manufacturing Quality, Customer care. Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO9000, TS16949, ISO14001, ISO 17025, ESD20.20, JEDEC, e.t.c. • Responsible for Suppliers, selection and whole Quality assurance including delivery. • Responsible for whole Quality Warranties Management, laboratory, customer and legal response.
