Job Responsibilities: • Schedule GPS tracker installations for customers. • Confirm appointments and provide updates to customers. • Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of devices. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations. • Keep the scheduling system updated with accurate information. • Track progress and report on completed installations. • Fix any issues or scheduling conflicts. • Keep detailed records of appointments. • Follow company policies and procedures. • Offer great customer service and support. • Set up and manage a reliable scheduling system. • Help plan and manage project timelines to finish tasks on time.
