As Technical Coordinator at the Faculty of Engineering I managed the Audio- and Video installations in the Lecture halls, meeting rooms as well as video conferencing facilities. I also managed the Access Control systems as a central administrator at the university and was charged with planning for these systems in new constructions and renovations. In this position I also assisted the departments at the faculty with planning and purchasing technical solutions matching their requirements. Another task was planning, booking and coaching hourly employees working in our different events with technical equipment.

Pedell is a Sabbatical officer position within the student union at the faculty of engineering, Lund University. As Pedell I managed all matters regarding the student union building as well as the organizations inventories. This meant recruiting and coaching hourly employees working in the bars and wardrobe when facilities in the building was rented out as well as technicians working with the sound and lighting equipment that is also available for renting. It also meant being in charge of bookings, contracts, purchases as well as negotiations with other parties involved in the building infrastructure. As Pedell I also managed the access control system for the building and was also a part of the executive committee managing day-to-day affairs at the student union.
