As a person that enthusiast on learning & development and currently work at a corporate university, I have the privilege of working on a wide range of projects and initiatives that support the development and growth of employees across the organization. In this role, I collaborate with stakeholders from across the business to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning experiences that help to drive performance, engagement, and innovation. My work spans a range of areas, including needs analysis, curriculum design, learning delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. I'm passionate about staying on the cutting edge of learning and development best practices, and I actively seek out opportunities to incorporate new technologies, trends, and insights into our programs. Ultimately, my goal is to help employees across the organization build the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed in their roles and grow as professionals. I believe that when we invest in our people, we create a more dynamic and successful organization overall.

As a Project Associate at UNDP, I had the privilege of working towards the mission of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia. I focused on the aspect of learning and training, working with the SDG Academy Indonesia to develop and implement projects that aimed to improve access to quality education and empower communities with the skills they need to thrive. Through these efforts, we sought to educate all SDGs stakeholders in Indonesia through a variety of programs, including capacity-building workshops and trainings, online courses, technical assistance and networking. My work involved collaborating closely with local and international partners and stakeholders, as well as contributing to the sustainable development of communities across the region.

As an academician with over 9 years of experience in research, I served as a lecturer at University College Sabah Foundation, Sabah, Malaysia, where I taught courses in the social sciences, specifically in development studies. I had the opportunity to teach students from diverse social and cultural backgrounds, and I was deeply committed to helping them develop the critical thinking skills and knowledge they needed to succeed in their chosen fields. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I also served in several faculty administrative positions. These roles allowed me to gain experience in designing curricula, improving program quality, leading program accreditation efforts, and managing teams in higher education. I'm proud to have contributed to the growth and success of the university during my time there. Outside of my academic work, I also actively engaged in social science research and community outreach programs. These experiences gave me a deeper understanding of the challenges facing communities in the region, and helped me to develop practical solutions that can make a real difference in people's lives.

The ultimate goal of the project(s) is to get the clients to be legally certified with certain software product (e.g. Microsoft). I was handling several countries for one specific campaign. Aside of being appointed as a team leader in the first place, I also got promoted as a Program Manager. Several important responsibilities I was performed; handling the day-to-day operation of the business, developing budget and operating plan of the program, and organizing program and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the company.

Involved in various research projects related to development issues in Malaysia. Participate in design, administration and monitoring the research projects. The responsibilities include planning, conducting fieldwork, monitoring overall of the research project, data analyzing, reporting, preparing research for publication and quality control of the research projects. Data management is substantial component with this position.

I was responsible for providing personalized secretarial and administrative support to the executive in a professional and timely manner including preparing project proposal for bidding.
