I have 37 years of experience with the Florida Department of Transportation, serving in a variety of roles throughout my tenure. In my most recent role of District Six Secretary, I was responsible for leading and managing the planning, development and implementation of a $3.5 billion, five-year transportation program.

I held multiple roles during my tenure with FDOT District Six, including Director of Transportation Operations, Maintenance Engineer, Production Engineer, and Assistant Leader Design/Squad Engineer. Highlights from my time with District Six include managing the District’s construction, maintenance, traffic operations and fixed capital improvement programs; supervising the maintenance of 680 centerline miles of highway and 904 bridges; and serving as a public and intergovernmental liaison.

I serve as HNTB Corporation’s South Florida office leader and vice president, overseeing operations for the firm’s Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices. In my current role, I provide leadership in planning, directing and implementing client relations, and oversee successful delivery of major projects in South Florida.
