As a Campus Ambassador at the College of New Caledonia, I represent the college at on-campus events, student fairs, and community initiatives to strengthen CNC’s connection with prospective students and local partners. My role involves: •Acting as a student representative and promoting CNC’s programs, values, and student experience. •Assisting the Student Recruitment team with event planning, logistics, and outreach activities. •Providing information and guidance to future students and visitors to ensure a welcoming campus experience. •Supporting initiatives that enhance CNC’s reputation as a student-centered and inclusive institution.

1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service:Welcome customers, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Operate cash register and process transactions:Manage customer payments, handle cash, credit card, and other payment types, and maintain cash handling responsibilities. 3. Maintain store appearance:Ensure the front end of the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. 4. Restock and rotate products:Ensure products are properly stocked and rotated to maintain a fresh and appealing appearance. 5. Work efficiently and accurately:Manage multiple transactions, maintain a high level of productivity, and ensure accuracy with handling cash and processing transactions. 6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues: Respond to customer questions and concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

The Fashion Associate will provide customer service by processing and stocking all fashion merchandise and maintaining cleanliness on the salesfloor and in the backroom area. This will be accomplished by maintaining merchandising standards, accurate modular integrity and accurate signage all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions. This team will also take the lead role in executing all seasonal guide sets and Home Office bought features.
