Role Description: ▪ To implement BMS/EMS systems for various Sites / Datacenters like Changi Airports, DBS, Shopping Complex, ST Engg. Data Centers, Various SG Ministry Buildings, etc., ▪ To achieve BCA green mark for the various plants/ Sites by upgrading existing HVAC systems. ▪ Mapping of the controllers to the BMS system using Niagara N4. ▪ Trouble shooting of existing BMS systems ▪ To assist on the existing BMS controls for further fine tuning upon request

Role Description: ▪ Automation of ACMV & HVAC systems – building in comfort cooling, system alerts & safety features with minimal to manual intervention. ▪ Helping to achieve BCA green mark for the various plants by upgrading existing HVAC systems. ▪ Controller sizing, design & programming using the in-house controller configuration tool (CCT) ▪ Mapping of the controllers to the BMS system (Metasys ADX) using system configuration tool. ▪ Trouble shooting of existing BMS systems ▪ Co-coordinating & Managing multiple vendors right from design to delivery to maintenance of BMS systems ▪ Site surveys for implementation/integration/upgradation projects. ▪ Project management – including budgeting, scheduling and delivery of projects to meet the customer timeline & cost expectations ▪ Documentation – preparation of OMM (Operation & Maintenance Manual), panel drawings, SLA (site layout). ▪ Training end user for system usage post implementation. Project Management Experience: Executed several BMS implementation/integration projects for Infineon technologies at their production plant located in Kallang. Some key projects were: ▪ CDA system integration (Compressed Dry Air) ▪ Pipe LN2 system integration (Liquid Nitrogen) ▪ Gen 3 Oven monitoring ▪ Upgradation of Existing Chiller system & ▪ The Processed Chilled water system (PCWS)

Role Description: ▪ Scheduling maintenance of ACMV, HVAC, Fire & Safety, Biometric & Lighting systems ▪ Project managed implementation of solar panels and integration of the same into the BMS system, which helped in overall reduction in electricity consumption. ▪ Project managed implementation of grey water & black water recycling plants ▪ Site safety coordinator – responsible for fire drills, safety inspections & Risk Assessment of vendors
