I worked in this company as Site Safety Advisor along with First Aid Attendant position in 400,000 square feet Residential and Commercial project comprised of collection of townhouses and a residential podium, linked by an elevated landscaped courtyard, a new park, lane and plaza. • Monitoring the work activities on jobsite to ensure work is performed in Safe Manner that is in accordance with ICON and legislated safety requirements. • Providing contractors with guidance, recommendations and suggestions on how to perform work activity in compliance with ICON and legislated safety requirements. • Stopping unsafe work activities and informing the applicable personnel about safety requirements to be followed. • Following the protocol for disciplining workers and contractors if the SSA observes noncompliance to ICON or legislated safety requirements. • Acting as the Site First Aid Attendant and perform all the duties associated with First Aid Attendant.

I worked as First Aid Attendant position in 34 acre site with 15 Buildings. • Provided First Aid Services to Staff and Students. • Maintained Staff/Students Health Records and medication for those with life threatening allergies/illnesses. • Kept Site’s First Aid Kit properly stocked with necessary supplies. • Referred for medical treatment patients with injuries being serious or beyond the scope of the attendant's training. • Checked Eye wash stations and Emergency showers on weekly basis.

• Assisted Site Engineer with supervision of 37.5 kilometers of road, India for the Up gradation of Road Project (Funded by the World Bank) • Coordinated work for 40 construction workers • Performed various Quality Control tests • Widened the road with earth works, granular sub-base, wet mix macadam, bituminous works, structural concrete, traffic management and ancillary works together with implementation of environmental management plan

The Introductory Studies in Mass Timber Construction Microcredential is comprised of two courses: XTMB 1001 – Mass Timber Construction: Intro to Products, Layouts, Cost Estimation and Digital Project Delivery, and XTMB 1002 – Mass Timber Construction: Intro to Installation, Building Performance and Construction Management.

Introduction to measurement of construction work, with a brief review of reading construction drawings and specifications. Specific study of methods of measurement techniques applicable to site work (excavation), concrete and masonry quantity take-offs. BLDC 1300

This Twelve week program is designed to explain relationship between construction drawings and the related specification, contracts and other construction documents. Also to interpret construction drawings using industry standard graphic communications Along with Interpreting written regulations and codes with respect to construction drawings.

This Two week program is designed to conduct and document site inspections, site hazard audits, and maintain site safety plans to ensure that work being done on a site follows safety regulation.
