• Developing and executing on candidate generation strategies and building a pipeline of candidates including directly sourcing candidates in line with talent demand signal • Proactively uses e-recruitment tools and processes to source candidates. • Involve in building partnerships with internal customers/HR/Shared Services to deliver successful staffing strategies and recruits to the business needs.

• Ensure the proper communication and interpretation of all Human Resource policies, procedures, and programs. • Talent Acquisition: Placing hundreds of applicants at all corporate stages and a variety of work functions. • Recruiting on a daily basis for multiple positions, some of which includes (Java, .NET, DevOps, Infrastructure, Architect, Finance Analyst, F&A manager, Inventory Specialist, Internal Auditor, Manufacturing associates, Warehouse managers, Logistics, Production etc. • Source candidates for open or projected technical positions via client database and Internet resources. • Appropriately match candidates with job requisitions. • Receive client job specifications and write detailed postings for Internet job boards. • Interview job candidates over the phone and in-person prior to recommendation. • Performed reference analysis on selected candidates and reviewed results with hiring managers. • Extended offers of employment to selected candidates. • Maintain the complete information in the ATS (Application Tracking System); an internal ERP used in the company. • Fulfill a broad range of HR functions, including recruiting and training employees, administering benefits, overseeing disciplinary action, and managing HR records. • Assist with ongoing day to day Workday support, creation of Job Profiles, Grade Profiles and Compensation plans.

• Coordinating with the Manager & fulfilling the requirement within the time frame mentioned. • Manage the onboarding process for all new hires • Administer and manage employee benefits as well as annual open enrollments, and liaise with our payroll & benefits provider to resolve any employee questions or concerns • Support HR Manager in updating the employee handbook and enforcing company policies. • Champion employee engagement and employee events • Implement and run employee engagement surveys focusing on various People Ops initiatives including company culture and in-office activities, candidate experience, new hire onboarding, etc • Continuously look for ways to improve programs and processes and provide recommendations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness • Provide ongoing support on special projects, key People Ops activities and business initiatives • Update and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
