𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟: Oversee and orchestrate the entire financial and accounting activities including management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, balance sheet reconciliation, cost management, payments, and cash management. ▪️ Ensure timely, accurate, and complete preparation of management accounts in compliance with relevant legislation (IFRS, VUK) and company procedures for all entities. ▪️ Manage and submit direct and indirect returns required by local legislation for each entity. ▪️ Collaborate with trading managers to manage and prepare budgeting, business planning, and forecasting processes. ▪️ Coordinate audit procedures and ensure closure timely, at both local and group levels. ▪️ Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and reporting packs for local and internal accounts. ▪️ Review month-end aged debtors and creditors reports to support the balance sheet position. ▪️ Run accounts receivable and accounts payable aged reports and ensure timely fulfillment of liabilities and receivables. ▪️ Ensure payrolls, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations are prepared in accordance with SOX regulations. ▪️ Monitor costs closely to ensure alignment with the budget and perform P/L analysis for management. ▪️ Perform international and local payments following group policy. ▪️ Prepare the group's consolidated cash position and forecast. ▪️ Provide financial and contractual support to the commercial team.

𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟: Oversaw all daily financial procedures and operations covering monitoring sales, cost of goods, operating expenses, and financing costs, preparing variance analysis, budgeting, financial statements based on IFRS. Analyzed and reported on asset and accounts receivable risks, ensuring that appropriate actions were taken by the relevant departments. Another aspect of my role involved preparing and analyzing cash forecasts.

𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟: Spearheaded the development of ERP integration at the head office and its implementation across foreign subsidiaries. Once the software was set up, established fiscal coordination between the head office and the Ashgabat branch. Closely monitored the accounts of vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely progress payments. Consolidated all project-related expenditures and ensured they aligned with the budget. Prepared detailed management reports and effectively liaised between cash/liquidity operations, contractors, and bank.

𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟: Managed and prepared the annual budget, cash flow, and cost to complete reports for each cost center. Provided fiscal coordination between the head office and the Georgian branch across all sites. Supported forecast activities, as well as engaged in planning and analysis. Additionally, performed detailed budget variance and bridge analysis against actuals and forecasts. Throughout this process, supported management's decision-making process with ad-hoc reporting.
