Hi, I’m guodong Chen, originally from China. I hold a Master’s degree in Construction Management from City University of Hong Kong, where I spent two years learning project planning, cost control, and international building standards After graduating in 2006, I started working in real estate and renovation, combining my technical background with hands-on experience. In 2010, I moved to New York to explore long-term opportunities in the U.S. market After that, I founded an import and export business, and also got involved in real estate and construction supply chain investments, building long-lasting and stable partnerships
