With over 17 years of entrepreneurial experience as the foundation of my career, I have grown into a strategic and operational leader within the energy transition. Following the successful exit of my company, I intentionally moved into the development of large-scale renewable energy projects, where I combine an entrepreneurial mindset with disciplined execution.In my roles as Senior Project Developer and later Director of Strategic Development, I have led the origination, structuring, and scaling of renewable energy solutions. Currently, as Operations Director, I hold end-to-end responsibility for multidisciplinary teams across technology, project management, asset management, field service engineering, and procurement. My strength lies in bridging strategy and operations—translating vision into scalable execution, building high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable growth in complex, fast-moving environments. A background in Olympic-level sailing has shaped my ability to remain composed under pressure, make decisions in high-stakes situations, and consistently perform when it matters most.
