• Developed and implemented computationally efficient algorithms to simulate multibody effects in polymer-nanoparticle systems. • Developed codes to implement simulation techniques such as bond fluctuation Monte Carlo, self-consistent field theory, single chain in mean field simulations, and self-consistent Brownian dynamics. Implemented finite difference methods and pseudospectral method to solve diffusion equations. • Used OpenMP and MPI to simulate large scale (~1 million particles) coarse-grained polymeric systems on a 6400 node cluster at TACC. • Published findings in nine peer-reviewed papers and presented results at international conferences. • Developed winning parallel implementation of the given serial programs using MPI, OpenMP and CUDA in a fixed time period during TACC-BP Parallel Computing Competition.
