As the Head of Department at UMT International Transportation Corporation, I lead a team of air, road, sea freight professionals who provide efficient and reliable solutions for our clients' international transportation needs. I have been working at UMT since Jul 2019, starting as an Air Freight Operation Manager and progressing to my current position in Jan 2023. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where I studied business administration and management, and a Master's degree in the same field from Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi. I also have multiple certifications in dangerous goods regulations and electronic commerce customs declaration. In addition, I have been an Apoval Manager at AIESEC since Nov 2018, where I oversee the approval process of exchange participants and partners. Some of my core competencies include teamwork, marketing, and social media. My mission is to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction, and to contribute to the global network of air, sea, road freight operators. I have a field of expertise in air, sea, road freight management, with skills in planning, coordinating, and executing international shipments, and ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.
